Welcome! As a clinical massage therapist, I am trained in various modalities including deep tissue, sports, swedish and prenatal massage.

If you want to experience anything from a relaxing massage to a tailored, specific treatment, I am here to help. I have years of experience in treating conditions including headaches, sciatica, rotator cuff, carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis. Rather than choosing from a standardized menu, every session is specifically tailored to each individual.
